A CiUK care service inspection is designed to support care services through continuous improvement. Our inspections provide an objective and comprehensive review of all aspects of a care service, based on evidence, to ensure an accurate quality assessment. We present evidence in a detailed report that outlines all aspects of the service, including both compliant and non-compliant elements, providing a comprehensive overview.

Using Technology to Improve Quality
At CiUK, we have developed an app-based system for gathering, recording, analysing, and reporting care service inspection data.
CAREINSPECT® reduces individual interpretations by inspectors by gathering and presenting accurate and current information that can be used by the care service to improve quality and performance.
Experienced Care Service Inspectors
Our inspectors possess a wealth of experience in the care sector and have worked closely with or alongside regulatory bodies for many years.
With experience in managing care services or holding significant roles in social care or the NHS, our inspectors have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and care quality.
Tangible Evidence
Following a CiUK inspection, we will provide a detailed inspection report. Compliant care services will also be awarded a Care Inspections UK certificate. Together, the report and certificate provide tangible evidence that a care service has reached a high standard of compliance and is committed to continuous quality improvement.
