Impartiality and Independence
We are accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Body (UKAS) to the International Standard for Inspection Bodies (ISO17020:2012).
A specific requirement of this is that we act impartially and independently. This underpins all aspects of our work and is constantly scrutinised by UKAS.
